Welcome to EKEA. We are a Lancashire based property investment company striving to improve the quality and standards of living spaces for individuals and families choosing to find accommodation within the private rental sector.

We also work with individuals who wish to invest in property but may not have the knowledge and/or time to do so. They usually aim for a less risky investment with much better returns compared to those they would receive through conventional savings accounts, especially in the current financial and market circumstances with high inflation devaluing cash savings.

We aim to be granted and maintain the transparent status of council accredited landlords and provide affordable, modern, beautiful, safe, fully-compliant and comfortable homes to our tenants so that they stay with us for longer by choice. Our first priority is the safety and comfort of our tenants and it’s really rewarding to know that in our properties they create nice and long-living memories. We, as tenants for many years, experienced the challenge dealing with irresponsible landlords and uninterested agents. We are committed to change this and lead by example.
